Szim / Stjerner over Farø

With her new single “Bambi”, Szims demonstrates that she is a charging artist, ready to offer the Danish music scene a breath of fresh air.

25-year-old Szim grew up in the Danish town of Søborg. She got her first guitar at the age of six, but it was first eleven years later that she started writing lyrics and rapping seriously. In the beginning, she did it mainly for her own pleasure, until her cousin told her about a local hiphop-studio in Gladsaxe. She started visiting the studio once a week through a longer period of time, where she would work in depth with her lyrics and rap-technique. Her musical quest came to fruition in 2020, when she released her debut-single “Pokus”.

Since then Szim has released even more singles and played countless shows both as a headlining act and as support for several high prolific acts. Her latest shows include Distortion and LiveCamp at Smukfest.
